What exactly is a credit?
It is a unit of the model work behind a job. Bigger jobs use more of them, and the running balance is on your dashboard.
What happens when credits run out?
Toby tells you before you get there. You can move to a larger monthly credit pack or wait for the monthly refresh, and it will say so in the thread rather than quietly stopping.
Do you charge per seat?
No. The whole workspace shares one pool of credits, so you can invite everybody without the bill changing.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the dashboard. It takes effect at the end of the billing month, and we remove your data and connections when you go.
Is the free tier really full-featured?
Yes. It is the same Toby with the same tools and the same jobs. You get 2,000 credits to spend and we do not hold a card.
Why is Toby cheaper than the alternatives?
